A pleasant Bay breeze cools and comforts guests. We live on site with a separate entry and are glad to answer questions. The space The guest suite space is temperate and comfortable; rooms are flooded with morning light but not hot afternoon sun. Modestly sized but conveniently arranged., rooms are attractively furnished to function like home. The guest book has information about the area, from historic village attractions to nearby parks and beaches, as well as interesting Bay Area cultural and natural places to visit. Guest access Located on a quiet residential street with a level, easy walk to Pt. Richmond village center for markets, cafes, galleries, a variety of restaurants. Stroll local neighborhoods for historic architecture, antiques, art and stunning views of San Francisco and the Bay. Ample, free parking on street. Other things to note Guests access has a level, paved walkway lit with timed motion detector lights. A wide ramp threshold insures step-free entry to the all level rooms. We live on-site and occasionally need to tend the garden. We have travelled widely and enjoy meeting guests that reach out. We respect guest privacy.
