Wisteria Cottage
This 1901 cottage was remodeled with love in the summer of 2021. The Wisteria Cottage is stylishly decorated and just blocks from a local favorite coffee shop and the grocery store. Offering 2 bedrooms, a memory foam sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower that is magazine worthy, this cottage is perfect for a cozy getaway. The house is located very close to downtown Jacksonville and has parking for 3 cars. The front porch invites you with comfy chairs and as you walk in you are greeted with an open floor plan. The dining table seats 6 and the living room has cable tv and netflix provided. The memory foam sofa bed can sleep additional guests. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal including all utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, cookware, dishes, spices and olive oil. The keurig coffee maker can be used for individual cups or a full pot. Both bedrooms have queen beds, a dresser and closet. A stackable washer/dryer combo is in the back hallway and detergent is provided. The bathroom was redone by a well known local designer couple and is absolutely stunning. The walk-in shower feels like a spa. Last but not least the back yard has a picnic table, fire pit, bbq, and cozy seating. The cottage is located close to many wonderful Jacksonville offerings. Just down the street is the local favorite, Pony Espresso, where you can get breakfast, lunch and a cup of joe. Just one more block down is the local grocery store. It's easy to get to downtown Jacksonville, 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to where you will find cute shops, restaurants and more. Southern Oregon is known for its wineries and wonderful outdoors. Within a small radius of the cottage you will find hikes, segway tours, local wineries, river floats and more. Strictly no pets allowed.
