Home outside of Hill City near Deerfield Lake

Lind Camp, recently renovated, is located in a rural area in the heart of the Black Hills, just 5 miles from Deerfield Lake. It has an open kitchen, living and dining room area as well as a family room downstairs, providing two great gathering spaces. There is hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, hunting, horseback riding, snowmobiling, & ATV riding nearby. It is a 15 mile drive to Hill City, which is the nearest town. The space There are 3 bedrooms, a queen bed in one room, a king bedroom in another room and a twin over full bed along with a set of twin bunks in the 3rd bedroom. There is a roll out queen couch downstairs in the family room. Guest access There is plenty of free parking here. You are 1/4 mile from the nearest neighbor. Most people ride their ATV's right from the property. If you like to hike, bicycle, or horseback ride, we are within a couple of miles from Deerfield Trail #40 and #40L. The Kinney Canyon walk-in fishery is within a mile of Lind Camp. If you enjoy stream fishing, or just want to walk/bicycle, this road, closed to vehicles, meanders near the stream and leads to the Deerfield Dam spillway--it is approximately 1 1/2 miles to the dam. Other things to note Plenty of parking for trailers and easy access in and out of the parking area located across the road from the home.
