Enjoy the smoker, an espresso on the covered patio and the highspeed internet and 100" screen and projector. The space This contemporary Glass House is ready for your visit! We have 4 bedrooms (3 on the second floor and 1 in the basement) , 3.5 bathrooms and multiple work spaces with over 3000 sq feet of living space. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed, second bedroom has a Double bed and the third has a Queen sized murphy bed. The fourth bedroom is in the bright basement with a Queen sized bed and a single bed. The upper loft has a couch and chair that both convert to beds. In addition, we have a queen and a twin air mattress in the basement. Main floor laundry and all the amenities you would need are included and available for your use. There are 4 50" TV's and a 100" screen and projector with all your favourite streaming apps for you to log into. We have highspeed internet with boosters for a seamless connection. Ideal location for executives as well as families. Enjoy the light and bright open concept, contemporary, custom home while you explore the Tri-Cities (Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge). EV Charger in the garage available for your use! It is a Tesla charger but we also have the J1772 adapter for it. A few houses down is a large playground with open greenspace and at the corner you'll find a pharmacy, Pablos's Pizza, a spa and a corner store. Be sure to visit the surrounding towns of Conestogo, Elmira and St Jacobs with the famous St Jacobs Market on Thursdays and Saturdays. Hop on the train at the Waterloo Park Station and ride to St Jacobs to discover the charming main street with a stop at the market. This location offers easy main highway access for quick trips around Waterloo Region. We are located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood minutes from shopping, restaurants, entertainment and all amenities. Just 10 minutes or less from Uptown Waterloo, Waterloo Park, Conestoga Mall with Landmark Cinemas, Downtown Kitchener, Victoria Park and so much more. Grey Silo Golf Club and Rim Park with sports fields, skating rink and trails are just 5 minutes down the road. Walking distance to the beautiful Kiwanis Park with trails, a play ground, volley ball courts and in the summer, a water park. Our regions is culturally diverse and offers many events throughout the year. This is an excellent area for geocaching, hiking the many trails including the Iron Horse Trail and parts of the Trans Canada Trail or take in trails along the Grand River and even rent a canoe if the season permits. We are close to all business centers for those on a work trip as well. Try a few of the many restaurants, look up the food truck locations or order in for a relaxing night. The Glass House is in close proximity to Chicopee Ski and Summer Resort offering seasonal skiing, snowboarding and tubing as well as biking and hiking trails and outdoor sports. Take your team or family to Bingemans offering KingPin Bowling and Boston Pizza, Hole in Fun mini-golf, Escape Worx escape rooms, Funworx indoor playground and arcade, Splash Works water park and more. There are 15 Golf courses in Waterloo Region and many local breweries. Book a show or concert at the Centre In the Square or take in one of the Art Galleries. Visit Doon Heritage Village to see what a setters village was like or one of the Museums. If you are wanting to explore outside of the region, visit Elora to see the stunning Gorge or spend a day in Stratford enjoying live theater, walk the main strip and see the swans along the Avon river. Overnight parking on the street must be registered on the City of Waterloo website in advance to avoid a ticket. A vehicle is a great way to get around but a fun option is the ION which is the Light Rail Transit (LRT) that runs from Conestoga Mall in Waterloo to Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener with may stops along the way. Other things to note As this is our primary residence, this home is 100% animal and smoke free to to severe allergies in our family. If you have a service animal, unfortunately, this home is not a good option for you. Please only use the smoker if you are familiar with cooking that way. EV charger can only be used when parked in the garage. It will not go under garage door.
