This beautiful cottage is located within walking distance of downtown State College, Beaver Stadium, and the Bryce Jordan Center. Easy access to local restaurants and bars will have you feeling right at home in this comfortable two-bedroom townhouse. The space The home has an additional townhouse attached to it, meaning some spaces are shared including parking and the backyard. You may see the resident and their four-legged friend during your stay, and because of this, we ask that any pets be on a leash when using the shared spaces! Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Guest access The house is located a few blocks from Beaver Ave and Garner Street with 2-hour parking available in front of the house - great for unloading the car- and private parking for one car located in the back. Further instructions on how to access the lockbox and keys will be sent upon booking! Other things to note There is an attached townhouse that shares part of the back deck and backyard.
