The Crescent Beach Club is the perfect vacation destination for your Family! The space This Condo has over 2,000 sq ft of livable space! Recent updates include Luxury Vinyl Flooring, Stainless Steel Appliances & Keurig Coffee Maker, Vertical Blinds, Top Grain Leather Sectional Sofa, Dining Room Table & Chairs and Master Bath Vanity. The Master Bedroom is very spacious and directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. It is furnished with a King Bed and has plenty of Drawer Space. It offers an ensuite bathroom, standing shower, separate Tub and a 72" Double Sink Vanity. You have Private Access to the balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico. The Second Bedroom is also very spacious and is furnished with a Queen size bed. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/bathtub with views of Inter-coastal waters. This Bedroom also has its own private balcony that faces the Inter-Coastal Waters. We offer a Queen Size Air Mattress for any additional sleepers. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. From Pots & Pans, Plates & Silverware, Microwave & Toaster Oven and even a Keurig Coffee Maker. Just Bring your own Groceries and settle right in!! The spacious Living Area offers enough comfortable seating for your gatherings with direct access to the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Very Comfortable Top Grain Leather Sectional with 3 Recliners. Dining: A Full Size Dining Table that seats 6 is attached to the living area as well as a Breakfast Table that seats 6 in the kitchen. 1/2 Bath accessible to the common areas. Other Features include Wi-Fi Connectivity, Full Size Washer/Dryer & Laundry Sink, A/C. Towels and Linens are included for use INSIDE the Condo. Building offers several amenities including fitness center with sauna and steam room, Billiards room, Library, BBQ’s, Tennis Courts and more! PLEASE NOTE: Renters will be sent a "Lease Application Packet" that outlines Crescent Beach Club's Rules & Regulations. Applicants must be approved by the association before a reservation is considered complete. A nonrefundable $150 application fee is charged by the association to process the leasing application. This fee appears as "Management Fee" during checkout.
