Holly Street Suite-A Clean Pet Friendly w No Fees!

Our newly remodeled Suite A is in a duplex on a quiet street just 1/2 mile from Bathhouse Row! It is a full one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Super clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a comfy full-size bed, the front living space has a hide-a-bed for parties larger than 2 with a big TV. Extra sheets and pillows are located in the bedroom dresser. We are pet friendly! The space This is Unit A, on the left side of the duplex with blue shutters. There are stairs leading up the the yard and then stairs leading to the front door. The main living room has a hide-abed for parties over 2 persons, a full kitchen and a full bedroom with a divider to close it off from the living room. We have new central heat and air units with remote controls, a large TV, full refrigerator and stove with dishes and cooking utensils. Coffee and tea are provided of course, and we can get you anything you need since we live right up the street! Guest access We are just off Park Ave, near a bus stop, a bicycle shop and just a very short drive from Bathhouse Row! Other things to note We are pet friendly of course! We only ask that you please not leave your dogs unattended. Even the worlds best dogs can become anxious and bark or chew our doorknobs furniture and remote controls. But we can help! Just ask us about dog boarding.
