Enjoy a homely stay in the middle of forest with this recently renovated apartment. The place is 3km from the Mall Road. On road apartment (-1 level from road) with ample on-road parking. In the middle of lush green forest nearby for evening strolls, a joy for nature lovers. The place also has a workstation and power backup, fiber internet & you are invited to stay for longer duration. For breakfast we provide cereals, milk, and poha. The space Now, you might think it is a little overpriced (or not) but i have tried to load this house to the brim with amenities. The apartment is a 2BHK with fully furnished master bedroom and drawing room. The second bedroom has bed, a watchable tv, and a dining table . 24-7 water supply and hot water available in the bathroom. The kitchen has basic amenities to cook including water purifier, microwave, coffee maker, toast maker, and a fridge. The master bedroom also has a heating blanket. Also, the house has private entry. For breakfast, we serve cereals, milk, and poha packets (no pranthas or eggs). Tea and coffee is also available (will have to make on your own). There's a 60-80mbps fiber network available too. Also, the place has power backup for lights and Internet modem to ensure uninterrupted work connectivity. It also has a fully automatic washing machine. It also has an electric blanket for the winters. There’s bluetooth speakers, backup internet dongle, and a few card games to keep you entertained. Balcony gives you a sofa and a view of mall road. There is a food joint next door which provides delicious food at excellent rates and offers home delivery. You can also get groceries and veggies nearby. There's a gym just in the next building that charges on daily basis as well. Guest access The guests will have access to the full apartment with independent key that will be provided. The apt has pvt entry. Other things to note For breakfast, we serve cereals, milk, and poha packets. No pranthas or any other items.
