Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, on the ground floor 1 bedroom with a sink and adjoining toilet. Also on the ground floor, a kitchen and a living room with insert/fireplace. In the basement: laundry room with washing machine. Outside: a 20 m2 terrace, a lawn garden and a private backyard to park up to 3 vehicles. The garden table is available. Small shops nearby: Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser and restaurant-bar. The house is southeast facing and is in front of the old community hall which is now the municipal canteen. The Unisson community hall is a 10-minute walk away.
