This is a private room with a private bedroom for 2 people max. I have a separate listingthe entire. The space Upon arrival you will walk in to a very trendy modern feel home with high end amenities. You can lounge in the living room while socializing with your friends at the kitchen bar. This home has a great layout to entertain and hangout. Go out the back door to a very private yard perfect for entertaining with friends and family. You have a great space in the sunroom leading to an outdoor flower garden, outdoorr kitchen with built in charcoal grill/smoker.. You can even warm up on a cold night around the built-in fire pit. Other things to note This is a private room with private bedroom for 2 people max. This room is on the main floor on the north side of the house. I I have another unit downstairs that I host as well. There might be a guest or 2 downstairs when you are there. So don't get alarmed. I have a separate listing for the entire house if you need more space.
