Set on a working farm our tiny home offers quick access to Qualicum Beach, lakes, and trails. Enjoy evenings by the fire and wake up to fresh forest air. Pack your hiking boots or fishing rods because we are centered in the best recreational area on Vancouver Island....or bring a book and snuggle up for the weekend. This space was created for couples to enjoy peaceful space and time away from the hustle of everyday life. Everything you need - nothing you don’t! The space This listing is exempt from provincial registration due to its mobility and unique amenities. Quite and peaceful outlook into the surrounding forest and private lawn and courtyard area. Our tiny house is situated on it's own quarter acre away from any hustle and bustle and is not part of a campground or shared space. A propane firepit, BBQ and lawn games complete the outdoor space. Our tiny house is just that - a small home with everything you need and nothing you don't! Full plumbing, lots of hot water and full size shower with rain head and a nice vanity with counter space and storage. We provide ample linens and all the necessities to make your stay perfect. Our loft bedroom has stairs - not a ladder. Farm fresh eggs are always available and there are lots of places to stretch out and relax. High speed unlimited internet and lots of light make this a great little work space. Guest access Guests have their own private quarter acre in a secluded corner of our property. There is a private forest sitting area and lush lawn to play games or spread out a blanket on. Parking is close to the dwelling with easy access to unload paddle boards or small water craft. There is a shared board rack to store your toys. Other things to note You will need to be mindful of our septic and house rules. These are all laid out in the tiny house upon your arrival. We provide an induction cooktop with two burners and lovely cookware. The tiny house is equipped with a toaster, microwave, countertop oven and bbq. The counter is huge and provides ample space for cooking and clean up is easy with the large sink. The coffee bar is always stocked with lots of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Absolutely no smoking. No cigarettes, no vaping and no weed. If it’s not farm fresh air going into your lungs please book elsewhere. Zero tolerance. Smoke travels a long distance and after years of guests trying to skirt this rule we have moved to zero tolerance. We do not host children under ten years of age due to open irrigation ponds and farming equipment. Our driveway is quite steep and often has a chicken or two sunbathing on it! Please drive slowly up and down the driveway during your stay. This dwelling is exempt from any type of service animal through Airbnb approval due to our farm and resident working dogs.
