The bedroom is located at the opposite end of the house compared to the other bedrooms offering maximum privacy. The new 3 pc. private bathroom is located right next to the bedroom. Just 5 steps away is your private living room with comfortable lounge furniture. Water is allowed in the room. No parties of any kind. No candles Property not suitable for children under 5 yr. old unless full house rental Minimum age of 19 yr, old for Primary Guest for rental of single rooms only. Minimum age of Primary Guest required as per rental agreement for multiple rooms or full house rental. Only rented to non smokers for "Entire" House rentals Only registered guests allowed on the premises, otherwise, fine is due and payable as per rental agreement and reservation cancelled with no refund. Please inquire if you would like a late check-out and we'll see if we can work with you on that. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive, if you ask for a late check out the same day. Otherwise late checkout after 11:00 am is a full day fee. Guest access CHECK IN: 3 - 8 p.m. I will greet you at the house and give you a tour. If I am unable to meet you, I will text you the codes. Please advise host ahead of time of your expected arrival time. Then text host 1/2 hr. prior to arrival, so host can meet you at the house.
