Conveniently located on a dead-end road 2 hrs from NYC in the heart of the Catskill Mountains, only 15 mins to Woodstock & Phoenicia. You can come to shop, hike, bike, fish, hunt, ski, canoe, work, paint, photograph, tube, rail explorers or connect with friends and family. Its all available from 5-30 minutes away. You can bring your pets, explore nearby hamlets, or have a spa treatment. Whatever the reason, it is the perfect spot to escape stress with minimal expense for large gatherings. The space Great family house to relax with friends and family for any reason. Please be aware I am slowly updating a 1958 house little by little. Transforming from outdated “old grandma vibe” to mid-century modern /2022 mix. It may be ugly and old, but it is comfortable clean and spacious. This 5-bedroom 1.5 bath has 1 king, 2 Queens, 1 futon, two twins, with a crib and a youth bed in storage if needed for monthly stays. The large living room has a fireplace & dining table with 5 chairs. 4 extra padded folding chairs are in the sunroom along with a work desk, TV and the futon. (curtains coming soon) For extra large parties we offer all 5 Airbnb's that can be booked in any combination for up to 16 beds, 4 kitchens, 6.5 baths. The large outdoor entertainment space and bonfire area has extra parking and have accommodated large birthday, Bachelor, graduation, anniversary, weddings, and fundraiser events over the past 5 years It is located in a quiet neighborhood in a rural setting. No expensive furnishing, or stunning architecture, but it is a great spot to use as your home base while spending your time in our beautiful Catskill Mountains Guest access the entire house. Basement and garage are not accessible. Private property, Private Driveway that can accommodate multiple cars. Other things to note Smoking is only allowed outside Pets Policy: The dogs must be on a leash at all times and may only relieve them in the woods. Never leave them alone in the house, they must go with you at all times. They must stay off all furniture all the time. I do charge $100 extra for one pet/150 for two. Please let me know upon booking if you are bringing a pet. If a pet is staying and there is no notification from owner, you will loose your security deposit. If I need to do extra cleaning from them being there, it will come out of the security deposit.
