This renovated old farmhouse near the banks of the Loire and the castles is perfect for families and friends. The wide open spaces will offer beautiful moments, for adults and children! The space We rent our main house of 250 m2 which is composed of large living rooms on the ground floor with a semi-open kitchen and a bathroom serving as a laundry room. In the kitchen, a fireplace is equipped with a barbecue and an electric roaster. The upper floor has a game room/landing with sofa bed as well as five bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom. There are four bedrooms with double beds, two of which have a crib. If you need more space, we can provide extra mattresses. Outside you will find a large courtyard, and on the terrace, a spa, a barbecue, a table to enjoy meals in the sun as well as children's games. A slide-swing playground complex right in front of the terrace allows you to spend time playing games combining relaxation and safety. Fresh aromatic herbs are available in the garden, all to enhance your finest dishes or as cocktails or herbal teas! Guest access Parking is in the lockable courtyard. Other things to note The main heating on the ground floor is wood (pellets and logs), which will need to be refilled every day or every other day.
