Amperplaas peaceful private room in St. Helena Bay

Amperplaas offers you a well-equipped private room in farm-style environment. Quiet place for nature-loving singles or couples who want to break away from the city hustle. Enjoy views of the ocean, watch the whales playing (in season), or take a stroll to the top of the koppie right next to the house. Rabbits, mongooses and tortoises are frequent visitors that you can spot while having coffee on the patio. Close walking distance from various restaurants and shops. The space The property is at the end of a cul de sac in a short street with no traffic. It is adjacent to open veld which gives a feeling of being part of nature. The room is part of the main property but guests have a private entrance and safe off-street parking. Wifi is always available. We also have an inverter to help curb the effects of loadshedding. The accommodation consists of an en suite bedroom with bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Please note there is no TV and no cooking/washing-up facilities in the room. Dishes are washed by the owner. There is a braai on the patio. Guest access Apart from the room, guests have access to the enclosed patio with braai/fireplace. Wood, braai grid and tongs and firelighters are provided. There are several safe walking paths in the veld and hills surrounding the area. Remember to bring walking shoes and binoculars to fully appreciate nature. Other things to note Please note that we have a strict no-smoking policy in and near the property and no guests, parties and loud music are allowed. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. The garden is not fenced and in this area snakes and scorpions are not uncommon.
