Sidewalk leads to coded door. Enjoy the patio. Take stairs down. Bdr#1 Queen bed (also single pull-out chair if needed let me know). 3/4 Bathroom with W/D. Livingroom. Kitchenette w/microwave, fridge, coffee maker & hot kettle. Bdr#2 Queen bed. Sorry no pets, parties or smoking. Come Relax & Enjoy your stay! The space Outside: Enjoy lower-level patio and back yard with basketball court Bedroom 1: Queen bed and single pull-out chair. Bathroom: Sink, toilet, shower and washer and dryer. Livingroom: Large TV, chair, couch and love seat Kitchenette: Coffee pot, hot tea kettle, dishes, cups, microwave, full size fridge etc. Bedroom 2: Queen bed and closet. Guest access You get the entire, private basement. Feel free to relax on the lower patio and enjoy the back yard. No access to either garage so please park on the North side of the house and follow the sidewalk that will lead to your coded door. Other things to note Garages are in use of the homeowners. Please do not park as to block garage driveways. Free parking anywhere along the north side of the house along the street.
