Phaedra’s Studio Sea View is a comfy and modern studio that is located in Kolymvari, about 24 kilometers away from Chania city center. The space Τhe studio offers an amazing sea and side mountain view. The view can be seen from the balcony and the beach is only 300m away. It is very cozy and guest friendly. Inside you will find all the mandatory electrical appliances such as microwave, fridge and refrigerator, washing machine for dishes and clothes. You will travel through the Holy Monastery of Panagia shortly before arriving, where you will have the opportunity to view the museum and grounds. Furthermore, the historic olive tree in the village of Vouves, which is one of the seven olive trees in the Mediterranean region with a lifespan of over 3,000 years, is only a short distance from the lodge. Although its exact age is unknown, the Monumental Olive Tree, as it is known, is thought to be the oldest of the seven and has been designated as a nature preserve because of its unique aesthetic, ecological, and historical significance.
