Spacious 3-story house great for spending the weekend at the beach with the family! The house is a 3-minute walk to the beach. The space Our house has 3 floors: Its entrance is on the top floor, where there is a garage, barbecue, full kitchen with 2 refrigerators, balcony overlooking the sea, TV room and a bathroom; Going down to the second floor, you have 3 bedrooms (including the suite), a social bathroom and the balcony facing the sea. And finally, you arrive on the top floor where there is a second full kitchen, a pantry, the last bedroom, a bathroom and an area with a sink and clothesline. Our space is very well located, it is a 3-minute walk from Junqueira beach, a 15-minute walk (or 4-minute drive) from Santo Antônio beach and a 15-minute drive from downtown Mangaratiba. Both Santo Antônio beach and Junqueira beach are suitable for swimming and have few waves, which is great for families. In Junqueira, you can take a taxi boat to visit the nearest islands, the closest being Guaíba Island, which takes 5 minutes by boat. Wonderful island with trees, shade and crystal clear water. And downtown Mangaratiba is where the biggest shops are - since it is in Junqueira there are fewer shops, only a few markets, bars and restaurants. Mangaratiba is where the ferry leaves for Ilha Grande, boats, speedboats, schooners, etc. It is also where there is more nightlife with bars, restaurants and shows.
