The Probart Pad

The Probart Pad is great for a relaxed starting point for your Brevard adventures. It's walking distance to downtown, the Brevard Music Ctr, & Railroad Ave music & breweries. Let this updated duplex be your starting point for exploring Western NC! The space this is a duplex unit located half way between the Music Center and Downtown Brevard. it's walkable with a sidewalk to both. it's also an 8 minute walk to Railroad Ave/Kings Street, where Upcountry Brewing, Noblebrau Brewing, Vascovo's Italian, the Brevard Lumberyard, and 185 King Street are located. the house was remodeled over the last two years by my mom and myself. we call this unit the He-Side, with wrought iron and industrial decor. the hallway wall is shared with the She-Side, which is still receiving finishing touches, so it remains empty. Guest access the right duplex unit, and all of the front and back yard on this corner lot. Other things to note There is a round gravel drive in front of the house. very low clearance cars may have a challenge entering the drive from Kings Mill. The entrance on Probart is easier for lowered cars.
