Guest access ➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Other things to note ➤ There is a convenience store and a CVS that are available on the block. ➤ Please note that this is a residential building and not a hotel. Please, strictly no business activity is allowed inside the building or unit (music video, painting/art selling, business meetings, etc.) ➤ Kindly be aware that our residence is situated on Broadway where there may be street noise. This condo is not a tranquil resort but rather your entryway to an exhilarating downtown experience. ➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ I kindly ask guests to avoid using professional cameras for photos or videos, as it goes against the HOA rules.
