Well-appointed ocean view condo in Punta de Mita

Guests will enjoy easy access to all of the area's attractions from this centrally located, private, and peaceful condominium. Packed with amenities such as a large covered patio with a gas grill, a gorgeous pool and hot tub, the Pacific ocean and the area's best restaurants, shopping, and surfing, just steps away. Our accommodations allow you to experience Punta de Mita in comfort and style, enabling you to live like a local while visiting our beautiful corner of paradise. The space Punta Mita is a very safe and friendly gem in Mexico with a bunch of fun cool beaches and towns a short cab ride or drive away. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Be in touch with our property manager at least 2 days prior to your arrival. Our condo is very well equipped. We try our best to provide our guests with the essentials as well as some extra amenities. We ask that you and your family respect our items and leave them for our next guests when you leave. Please replace anything you may have used for the next guests if possible or let me know so that we can make sure to replace items. We have recently made many upgrades including purchasing a new sofa. We ask that you refrain from lying or sitting on it wet. There are blankets you can use to cover them so they don't get stained from oils and such. The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, single serve Keurig, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, bowls of many sizes, silverware, everything you may need. **We have marble countertops throughout our condo. Please be careful not to set hot dishes directly on surfaces, use a hot pad or Trivet. Also do not leave sweating glasses on surfaces. We have lots of coasters available. We suggest not drinking the water but it’s okay for washing dishes. In the laundry room, there is a large water jug with a tap. Fill the water dispenser that’s in the frig or your water bottles with this water. If you run out, the security gentleman has more available for a very small cost. (40 pesos) We have a washer and dryer with laundry soap available. Remember, you are in a small town, try to conserve your impact and only do what is necessary. If you are doing laundry, please note that it is very small and do not overload it. Trash and recycling is located next to the elevator in the closet. **We do provide pool/beach towels please leave them for our next guests. There will be a charge of $30/ towel if they are missing. **Please be aware of the privacy of our neighbors. Do not walk on or in front of or between buildings 1 and 2. Please refrain from walking on the other lawn areas (patio side), except for building three where there is a walkway. Guests are not to walk in front of other condominium buildings to access the pool or bridge. We also have yoga mats that you may use. Please be courteous and wipe them down after use. There are also some small coolers and beach type bags you may use. There are pickleball/tennis courts on the property. The administration office may have rackets available but it’s best to bring your own if you plan to play. The condominium has 3 air conditioning units. We ask that you conserve energy and set them around 23 or so . During the evening you may want to turn them down. If you are going to be gone or want doors and windows open , adjust accordingly, or turn them off. Closing bedroom doors and shade also help with temperature and efficiency. Please be aware of the privacy of our neighbors. Do not walk on or in front of or between buildings 1 and 2. Please refrain from walking on the other lawn areas (patio side), except for building three where there is a walkway. Guests are not to walk in front of other condominium buildings to access the pool or bridge. ( as stated before) Please turn off the air conditioning units and fans and lights when you are finished staying at the condominium. To run the fans: -Pressing the lightbulb will turn the light on. -Press center button then #1 for low # 2 for medium #3 for high Please know that El Anclote is a private residential community with full-time residence and part-time renters. We welcome you and your family to enjoy the peace and tranquility and the beauty of our community. For everyone to fully enjoy this environment we appreciate your attention to the following: If the gate is shut and the gate guard is not there, please be patient, they are typically not far or long. Jumping the gate or walls is not allowed.If you would like to use the footbridge to get to town or to the beach, you can go to the administration office and for $25 USD or 500 pesos they will loan you a card. The card will also give you main gate access if the guard is not there. Quiet hours begin at 10PM – 8am. You should be mindful of your noise level and not interfere with the well-being of other occupants. Guess who refuse to follow these rules will have to vacate. The furniture in the common areas such as the pool and meeting room must remain in those areas. If you use them please put them back the way you found them. Please notify Violeta, or Steve or I if anything is broken or damaged. We want to ensure that we provide all listed amenities and a safe place for our guests. The following are not allowed; -Shouting and radios/ stereos at high volumes. -Dogs -Glass containers such as bottles are not allowed in the pool or Jacuzzi area. -Please no smoking in our unit -The condominium or the owners are not responsible for any damage, injury or loss of life caused by the use of the pool, equipment and facilities of El Anclote. Some of our favorites: -Local markets down the side streets have inexpensive fruit and veggies as well as beer and bread.. -Market Olin is the gringo supermarket and you can find all of the comforts of home there- with a little price... -Stinkey's surf down on the beach; Cuechi and Marlin are there almost everyday. He is a great surf instructor and they have paddle boards for rent super affordable- $10 usd for 1 hour. He also can hook you up with some snorkeling and trips to the hidden beach- super fun!!! -La Cabana restaurant across the street is great for everything! Breakfast, lunch and dinner. -Theresa's Tacos are awesome and a must! -La Rustica is excellent -Mita mita also great -Surf Cafe is awesome for breakfast- closed on Tuesday. -Tacos and Papa’s 🤙🏻👍🏻 -There is a new pizza place and they deliver!!
