Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Top View tiny house is set up on top of the hill with views all around . Clean air to clear the head and get back to nature with bush walks, native animals and farm animals all in one. There is great internet if you want it or if want no interruptions just peace and quite to relax. There is a fire pit to snuggle up in front of as well as a bbq and out door setting to enjoy you’re stay. The space Mulla Villa Farm stay is situated in the Wollombi Valley on a 74-acre property home to an abundance of native wildlife. Visit our gift shop and purchase a ball of our 100% pure alpaca wool made from our very own alpacas. Catch a glimpse of the kangaroos and wombats out for their evening dining experience. Go bushwalking or stroll down to the Wollombi brook. If you're an early riser wake up early to enjoy a morning stroll and catch a sight of the nocturnal animals, such as kangaroos and wombats making their way home. Guest access You're welcome to enjoy the walking track and explore the caves. Please shut all gates behind you when walking around as this is a working farm. Other things to note Check in is from 3pm. If early check in is needed please consider booking the night before as its not always available. Please note we are on tank water so while some drinking water is provided you may need to bring extra pending your needs. There is plenty of parking on the property however we do ask that any gate opened is to be shut as it is a working farm. There are dogs on the property to protect the livestock so please be mindful to not go into their area and be aware they do bark. (gates will be locked) There is a general store, cafes and pub just up the road in the Wollombi town centre. We offer hands on experiences with our farm animals and/or Mulla Villa History tours which can be booked through our website. 4wd or AWD vehicle preferred but not necessary.
