Our beautiful relaxing four-bedroom house with a pool & backyard is a great retreat! It’s near downtown Warwick, Farms, Brewery, and LegoLand NY (20 min.). We have an outdoor patio, BBQ gas grill, and fire pit! We’re close to many great hiking spots, wineries, breweries, Woodbury Commons, and more! Summer - Private pool, Legoland, Golfing Fall/Winter - apple picking, pumpkin patch and skiing at Mt Peter/Mountain Creek Wifi ready Note - pool opens in late May & closes in early September. The space The house is spacious with an open floor plan. There are 3 bedroom and a full bathroom on the main floor and the second floor has one large private bedroom with a full bathroom. Four bedrooms - - Owners bedroom -upstairs have a king size bed, work desk, and bathroom with tub - bedroom 2 - queen bed with mirror and a daybed that can expand to a queen size - bedroom 3 - Bunk - twin over full size (games/puzzle in the room) - bedroom 4 - full size bed Kitchen is fully equipped! Laundry (washer and dryer) is in the basement. Currently the basement is not finished but can use for laundry. NY Permit # 32293 Guest access I will message you the door code the day prior to your stay. Each booking gets an unique door code to ensure safety! There is an alarm system and outside cameras just for safety too! It’s the door near the garage! Other things to note Due to homeowner insurance, I can only accept pets under 35lbs and no prior biting/accidents with pet. Please keep pet off the couch and bed! Thanks. Please do not wear outside shoes in the house. Keep them in the mudroom. For summer months when pool is available - the pool has an option to be heated. To turn on the heat - there will be a $35 a day surcharge.
