The 38 m2 apartment also benefits from a 10 m2 terrace that can be closed off by a glass curtain, allowing it to be used all year round. Very well equipped, it will seduce you with its space and decoration. It has a separate entrance, the park side room is very quiet. We hope you'll feel the best in the world... The space The apartment has a large covered terrace that can be closed by a glass curtain and protected from the sun by a large parasol, where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view, enjoy the pool in front of you, work while being in an idyllic setting... The spacious bedroom has a walk-in closet, reading or sitting area There is also a second walk-in closet if you come on vacation with two couples and the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. You have a washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and induction stove. You have two ovens including a microwave. Guest access You will stay in a huge estate where you will benefit not only from the sea but from a huge park allowing you to immerse yourself in an exceptional corner of greenery with the discovery of ducks, turtles resting at the edge of the two lakes. You will have free access to our swimming pool in front of the apartment but also to the Olympic swimming pool (for a fee) of the estate with jacuzzi, slides, snack bar... to the tennis courts, petanque courts, mini-golf. Private access allows you to access the Coudoulière forest which hides the magnificent swan house where you will discover exhibitions to delight you, tree climbing courses will offer you strong sensations.... Finally, everything is nearby: bakery, tobacco/newsstand that acts as a post office, pharmacy, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, jet ski rental, boat rental, bike path, bus...!!! If you wish, you can leave your car parked for the entire stay, except to discover our beautiful region... Additional information: Pool: guests will be able to access the pool with the outfits authorized by the rules: Men in swimming trunks Women: one-piece or two-piece swimsuit. Monokinis and burkinis are not allowed. Other things to note It is perfect for hosting 2 couples (two large comfortable beds, two walk-in closets) or a couple with a baby since the spacious enough room has a small sleeping area ideal for a child.
