Comfortable house & swimming pool at the foot of the Pyrenees.

Just 10 minutes from the start of the hiking trails (Heches) and 40 minutes from several ski resorts (Val Louron, Saint-Lary, etc.), our village is also close to Lake Loudenvielle and its thermal spa and leisure center, as well as the Demi-Lune children's park (5 minutes). The living area (living room, kitchen) is spacious and allows for moments of relaxation and conviviality. Our village has many small shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc.) and a market is held there every Sunday morning. The space Note: It is possible to rent an extra room for grandparents if needed. Our accommodation is modern, fully equipped, with a spacious kitchen and a covered terrace that allows you to eat outside at any time of the day. The garden is fenced, and the swimming pool (3 m x 5 m, unheated) is fully secured (alarm + gate). We can leave basic necessities for small children (high chair, baby bed, etc.) as well as some games if we agree together beforehand. Our place is especially suitable for families with children/teenagers who want to enjoy a quiet place to unwind. Guest access The main rooms (kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one of which is a duplex, laundry room, mezzanine with library) are fully reserved for you. Only our daughters' rooms and our garages are closed to guests. Guests have access to the garden, covered terrace and small pool (3 m x 5 m) Other things to note - It is not possible to use the fireplace. - Outside of school holidays, you can check in on any day of the week. (Contact us to have the dates made available.) - SUMMER 2026: A friend is present in the studio adjoining the house. It has an independent entrance and does not have the keys to access the house, you are well alone in the house. Its window overlooks the back of the garden , but not at all on the pool or on the covered terrace etc. It does not have access to the pool. - No freezer in the house
