Modern house, 15 minutes from Wellington City

We have a 1950's house recently renovated which is 15-20 mins drive to Wellington City or a 15 min train ride. The house is close to 2 train stations (2 min drive or 10 minute walk to Tawa or Redwood Station). 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets, a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge which has double doors that open onto a large sheltered deck with all day sun. The deck accesses a grassed lawn with play ground & playhouse. Heaps of great beaches and mountain bike/walking trails on our doorstep The space Our place is in a peaceful neighbourhood and as we are located in a culdesac there is no road noise. We back onto native Bush so lots of native bird sounds can be heard. Close to Colonial Knob (great for walks and amazing mountain biking) and also close to Plimmerton and Titahi Bay beach (good surf). We are a 10 min walk or 2 min drive from a range of shops including New World, various takeaways and great cafes/modern pub (with a beer garden). We have a young family so the house is well set up for a family if need be. We also have a porta cot if required. We would consider pets on a case by case basis
