The space - Entire guest suite is 670 square feet - Private entrance door with electronic keypad (Unique code provided before check-in) - 2 bedrooms (both with queen size beds) - 1 bathroom with stall shower (includes main head and accessory, shampoo, conditioner) and vanity drawer (body gel, lotion, toothpaste, floss, hairdryer) - Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, electric plate) - desk with Herman Miller office chair (extra monitor, Dell docking station, keyboard, wireless mouse, extension cord with outlets provided. Other working items may be available upon request) - dining set with total 4 chairs available - Free washer & dryer for guest use only (detergent and dryer sheets included) inside of garage of property. Unit has its own door that leads to the garage. - Ideal for 2 - 3 individuals but can fit up to 4 people Guest access -Plenty of free street parking in neighborhood (Guests are always able to find parking on the AirBnB street or on the cross street) - Less than 10 minute walking distance to local attractions (Golden Gate Park, Sutro Baths, Ocean Beach, Land's End Hiking Trail, Presidio, Legion of Honor) - 1 block from MUNI stop (38-Rapid bus) and other popular MUNI lines within a few blocks (5-Rapid, 1, 31 and more) - Plenty of rideshare and scooters available - Easy access to Golden Gate Bridge (<10 minutes drive) Other things to note ENTRANCE Please note private entrance of AirBnB has a steep hill down towards the door which may be difficult for individuals with mobility issues. Please be cautious walking up or down the hill. PARKING Our neighborhood is one of the few areas in San Francisco that has FREE parking without time limits or permits required. Please note there is routine street cleaning on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday (1-3pm) & 2nd and 4th Friday (12-2pm) of the month. Check the street sign after parking your car or feel free to message us to double-check. HEATING: - Unit has built in radiant heating under floors (heated floors) - Adjust radiant heating temperature using the Google Nest thermostat near entrance PROPERTY: - AirBnB is 1st floor of a detached home - Our toddler lives upstairs so occasional noise may be heard.
