Bright central Villa

Large family house 10 min walk to city center and lake Vättern and next to beautiful Jönköping city park. There are many windows so the house is very light and most rooms are newly painted. Large dining table, two living areas and large veranda. Close to busstops (2,4,11) Its a family house, so clean but not spotless and meant to be lived in. There will be space in the fridge, but it will not be completely empty. Wardrobes and cupboards will neither be empty. The space Feel free to enjoy but no ball games etc inside as the ceilings are old and 'spända' so can easily be damaged if hit. There is some nice fabric furniture, so please ensure young kids do not eat in these please. There is a flat in the basement with separate entrance and not connected to the house. There are quite students living there, so will not affect your stay. Guest access They can use the whole house apart from the basement as that is a separate flat with tenants. Other things to note Upstairs TV only work with Netflix, but it is on the slow side, but the downstairs one does have an Apple TV connected with many streaming channels! Feel free to use this! There is also a spare matress that I can bring out to sleep the 7th person. The wifi code is underneath the rota that is in the long cupboard underneath the downstairs TV. The stove has got childlock, so please turn it on and then hold in the childlock space (right next to the on button) for a few seconds, and then it should start. Please note that P is very fast and get's very warm so if using P, please stay with the pot as otherwise it can overheat and ruin the pot. Rubbish is separated with separate bins for plastics, paper, cardboard, food waste, glass, metals and general rubbish. There are stickers in the bottom of the lid of the bins that are outside to the right. Please email me if you have any questions. You can also charge your car for free at the parking space. There are two table cloths for the outdoor furniture on the small grey footstol just in front of the veranda doors.
