Our private basement apartment is located in a central part of MD with easy access to DC & Annapolis and other hubs in the area. The apartment has a private back entrance with a large and spacious living room, two private bedrooms, a full bathroom, and kitchen. The space also has a kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and kettle. We have plates, utensils, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and spices available in the space for you as well! The space The space is in close proximity to DC but far enough that is quiet and spacious. We have a large living room and dining room area, great for big groups traveling together. There is a big screen TV, perfect to watch the game on. You’ll also have access to Netflix so you can keep up with your favorite shows and movies! Our full kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and save some money eating out. We provide you with plates, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils and even a multitude of spices to prepare your dishes! We live upstairs, but we always respect your privacy. However if you need us we’re always nearby. We understand groups may want to have fun and play music or have a few friends over and that’s completely fine! Just make sure to be mindful of us upstairs and the neighbors in terms of noise. Guest access Guests have complete access to the basement apartment and amenities.
