Spacious, bright and beautifully renovated, it features a 2,000 m² landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing or having fun: pétanque court, trampoline, slackline, children’s playhouse, badminton net, football goal — fun for all ages! ⸻ 🔥 The heart of the home At the center, a fully renovated Italian kitchen opens onto a large, welcoming living area with a double-sided fireplace. It’s the perfect place for family meals, friendly dinners and cozy evenings by the fire. A Weber charcoal barbecue is available for summer gatherings. ⸻ 🛏️ Bedrooms & bathrooms The house offers 4 bedrooms, located at opposite ends of the farmhouse for privacy: • 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) • 1 family room with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined to form a double bed, plus 2 bunk beds The rooms are not connected in a row, ensuring everyone has their own space. Two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and WC, and another with a shower plus separate WC. ⸻ 🎲 The relaxation floor The upper floor has been converted into a leisure and relaxation area: a lounge corner, TV (with Canal+, Netflix, Apple TV+, Prime Video, Paramount+, HBO Max), games, children’s books, and a small wooden play kitchen. An ideal place to unwind or keep the little ones entertained. ⸻ 👶 Designed for families Everything has been thought of to make your stay easy and comfortable: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, two large refrigerators, microwave, and essential baby equipment (high chair, travel cot with mattress, etc.). ⸻ 🚫 Good to know To preserve the tranquility of the place, parties and bachelor/bachelorette events are not allowed.
