LONGVIEW HOME - Amazing Panoramic Views

This modern, alpine home is warm and welcoming and it offers every guest a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The well equipped kitchen & butlers pantry has everything you need for self catering and an inviting open plan dining & lounge area to relax in at the end of a busy day. The location is convenient; as only 2kms from downtown Queenstown, 7kms from the airport & tucked away in a quiet, private location. The panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and of Lake Wakatipu are incredible. The space This home has plenty of space due to the clever layout over the three levels. It allows families or larger groups to have their own privacy during their stay. There's two separate entrance doors; one comes into the mid level and the other one comes into the top level. Here's a description of each level:- TOP LEVEL: Two Bedrooms; one larger room with a Queen Bed, and the other bedroom is smaller with a Double Bed; both rooms have amazing views. These rooms are separated by the mezzanine area that can be used to relax in as there's a comfortable couch, coffee table and large flat screen TV. There's also a small tea & coffee cabinet with a fridge, electric judge and cups to make yourself a morning coffee. The bathroom on this level has a shower, vanity and toilet. MIDDLE LEVEL: This has another private entrance door and lobby area from which you then can either go down the staircase to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area or to the other 2 Bedrooms, a larger bedroom with a Queen Bed and the other bedroom has a Double Bed. The generous bathroom has a separate, bath, shower, vanity and toilet and the other half bathroom has its own toilet and vanity. LOWER LEVEL: This level has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with two balconies. Off the main kitchen is a Butlers Pantry with a second fridge, microwave, coffee machine and bench area with sink and generous pantry area. The main kitchen has a large gas cook top, electric oven, double fridge and a centre island with bench seats. When at the dining table you'll be able to enjoy the vast mountain and lake views. There is a cosy corner couch to relax in and enjoy a movie or two with the large wall mounted flat TV. Guest access The property has two entrance doors; one at the top level and one in mid level which are both opened via the touch pad entrance codes by the door handle. There are 2 off street carparks at the property for the guests to use. PLEASE NOTE: The owners have a personal car parked in the garage so this is not available for guests to use. It's not recommended to park in the driveway in front of the garage as it on a steep angle.
