Nestled in the picturesque Downlands village of Damerham, within the stunning Cranborne Chase National Landscape, it offers the ideal blend of tranquility and convenience. A fantastic village pub is just down the road, while the New Forest National Park, Bournemouth’s beautiful beaches, and the breathtaking Jurassic Coast are all within easy reach. The space A Spacious & Welcoming Home Away from Home, the Lodge offers a warm and inviting retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Inside the Lodge Downstairs, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with patio doors leading to a private courtyard garden. The cozy lounge is perfect for unwinding, and a good-sized bathroom ensures convenience during your stay. At the heart of the Lodge, a beautiful mezzanine wood landing connects two spacious bedrooms—one at each end of the property. Both bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds, which can also be arranged as twin beds if preferred (please note, the beds cannot be moved apart when set up as singles). Outdoor Space The Lodge boasts its own private and tranquil courtyard, designed for relaxation. Enjoy comfortable outdoor seating and ambient festoon lighting - perfect for warm evenings after a day of exploring. Discover the Village Nestled in a charming village with a small river running through it, The Lodge is surrounded by nature and local charm. Stroll to the country pub, which occasionally hosts live music occasionally at weekends, or let little ones enjoy the wooden play park. For those who love the outdoors, there plenty of scenic rural walks which offer breathtaking views across the Downlands. There is other on-street parking available around the village too if needed. Long-wheel based vans and larger vehicles will not fit in the parking space. Other things to note We can accommodate children and welcome families often. We have stair gates available as well as a bath mat, play mat, one high chair & one travel cot (Red Kite Sleep Tight) all available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use any of these. We provide a Magimix Nespresso coffee machine, please bring your own pods. Children are their parents/guardians responsibility whilst staying at the Lodge and we can accept no responsibility for children during their stay. Please kindly note that our property is for a maximum of 4 guests. We will accept 1 addition infant for a booking to accommodate a family of 5 who require 1 travel cot for their 3rd child. We will not accept bookings for more than a total of 5 guests (inclusive of infants). We are also not be able to accommodate bookings that require 2 travel cots due to the restricted low eaves space in the 2nd bedroom. Please consider these limits when booking as we will have to decline bookings that exceed what we can accommodate, even if the platform allows you to make the booking. We do not accept bookings from contractors and/or indirect bookings for work accommodation.
