The space The stunning split level house offers a large amount of space inside and out. The house is set on 3 levels with 4 generous bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an extra powder room and plenty of outdoor area. Top level: Open plan kitchen, dining room, living room with pot belly fireplace which opens up to a large wrap around deck which has magnificent views + BBQ. Kitchen is well-equipped and includes necessities for guests to use. Middle level: The middle level includes 3 generously sized bedrooms all with cathedral ceilings, main bathroom and separate powder room. The carport is also accessible from the 3rd and main bedroom. - Main bed: queen bed + ensuite - 2nd Bedroom : queen bed - 3rd Bedroom: queen bed + bunk bed + floor mattress Lower level: This spacious level includes the 2nd living area (a great kids retreat), laundry area, a bathroom and the 4th bedroom. This level opens up to another large wrap-around deck and to the sparkling pool. Walk down stairs to find an outdoor-warm shower and pathway down to the beach. - 4th Bedroom: queen bed The property has private access to the lower street which sits across from the public pathway to the beach. From the base of the property, it is less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Please note the path and stairs in the property that lead to the base of the property are steep and can be unsteady in places. Some cleaning and washing products are provided.
