Inside, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you are visiting for a few days or for an extended period: ▪️TWO BEDROOMS + Bedroom #1: (1) king size bed, ceiling fan + closet + full bathroom + Bedroom #2 (1) queen size bed with a tower fan + a small desk ▪️LIVING ROOM + 45-inch Smart TV + Double sofa bed + High-speed Wi-Fi ▪️DINING AREA/KITCHEN + Dining table with comfortable seating (6) + Kitchen Island counter seats (4) + Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cooking utensils, storage containers ▪️LAUNDRY AREA + Washer and Dryer ▪️PARKING + The driveway offers parking for 1 car, depending on the size, with plenty of on-street parking available as well. A minimum charge of $1,000 may apply if any of these items are not stored properly after use or if they are missing. Guest access Entrance to the accommodation is completely autonomous at the agreed time of Check in. You will have access to the entire home, except for certain storage closets. 📍Please note that the exact address of the property will be shared 48 hours before check-in, as part of our commitment to guest safety. Right to cancel the reservation without refund and a minimum penalty of $1000 will be applied if evidence is detected. ✔️NO pets allowed ✔️No excessive noise/disturbance from outdoor/patio gatherings between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. ✔️Adult supervision of children on the property at ALL times, both indoors and outdoors. ✔️No smoking in the house. A minimum fee of $1,000 will apply if there is any evidence. ✔️Please be sure to unplug all electrical appliances that you are not using, the hair curler, and laptop chargers from the outlet when you leave the house. In addition to turning off the stove, oven, and air conditioning/heating. ✔️The garage must remain closed at all times. ✔️No mail or packages are delivered to the property. Send it to a nearby pickup location. ✔️NO additional guests / overnight, i.e., you may not have more guests than stated on your reservation. You may have visitors as long as they do not stay overnight and are acquaintances and/or family members. ✔️Guests are responsible for personal belongings. We decline any responsibility for theft or loss of personal belongings. ✔️If you lose or misplace the key, you will be charged for replacing it. *** We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if any of these rules are broken *** Property Disclosure: Our security system includes two exterior cameras that monitor the entrance to the house and the yard. These cameras are on 24/7 and are placed outdoors solely for security purposes. To protect your privacy, they never look inside the house, and there are no cameras inside the property. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, but we are not responsible for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damage during their stay. By making a reservation, guests agree to accept responsibility for their own safety and release us from liability for any incidents.
