Bring the whole family to this great gathering place with lots of room. Bedroom #1 - 1 king bed. #2 - 1 full size loft bed, Full size bed below it, #3 twin size loft, and Full size bed below. There are two large couches that people are welcome to sleep on. A sizeable kitchen with most of what you'll need to cook for the group! Most Seattle houses don't have AC. I provide portable units after July 1st for 2 bedrooms and the kitchen. The space This house has 3 bedrooms on the main floor. There is a basement with a separate side entrance where I live. Guest access The unit has a front porch and back door to the patio. Front yard has plenty of room for kids to roam and play around. Other things to note It's a lot to keep everything perfect in a 3 bedroom Airbnb. Cleaners have a checklist, but occasionally miss something, or a guest breaks a coffee pot and throws the whole thing away and we don't notice cause it's stored in the cabinets. Please notify us immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation. There's a propane BBQ and it is your responsibility to check propane levels and refill it or exchange it if needed. Also it's a clean yourself thing. There is a Traeger grill that can be used for $40, this helps us with wear and tear on it and refilling pellets.
