We rent our cozy, 45 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor of an old villa, with a large south balcony, on the old sea dike of Carolinensiel. It is our 2nd home and offers a relaxing retreat on 2 levels. Within walking distance of the Museum Harbor Carolinensiel, you can reach restaurants and cafes. A big supermarket is in the neighborhood. Directly from the apartment, many cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore. There are plenty of maps on site. The space Our renovated small, 45 square meter apartment offers a living room with a new open kitchen, which has an oven and a 2-plate induction stove. Unfortunately, there was no room left for a dishwasher. NEW is the large, well-equipped south-facing balcony, facing the street. At our beautiful old kitchen table you can sit wonderfully and prepare culinary delicacies. The large pull-out sofa offers space to lie down and relax. On the upper floor is our cozy bedroom with a magnificent box-spring bed. At night you only hear the wind. It is really quiet to sleep. Next door is a small attic room with a sofa bed, well suited as a children's room. The stairs are steep, so it is better for small children to use them only when accompanied. The garden can be used for lounging, reading and barbecuing, etc. Guest access Parking is available in the yard. The supermarket with bakery is a 5-minute walk. The museum harbor is a 10-minute walk. There are many cafes and restaurants here. Harlesiel with beach and ferry port to Wangerooge is 2 km away. The Sielhafenmuseum is located in the Museumshafen and invites you to learn more about the history of the Sielhäfen. Other things to note Prices and minimum booking: High season: from June to mid-September and from December 22 to January 8, the minimum stay is 7 nights. The rest of the time 4 nights, €70 - 95 per night. The Carolinensiel-Harlesiel spa administration charges a guest fee per adult person, per day in the amount of €3.00 in the period from March 15 to January 6 of the following year and in the period from January 7 to March 14, €1.50. The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 4 pm and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
