Our small family run holiday farm offers more than just a place to stay: * A licensed Cafe - 'The Apple Tree Kitchen', offering breakfast, brunch, lunches, tea/coffee & cakes * 25 acres of gardens & grounds * 2 x coarse fishing pools * A games room & games lawn * Farm animals * Children's adventure play ground * Country side walks * A pub within walking distance, 1/4 mile away The space Pippin Bungalow is on the end of a row of 3 Bungalows: Pippin Bungalow, Russet Bungalow and Bramley Bungalow. Pippin Bungalow sleeps 4, it is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a perfect stay with: * Private hot tun & private garden * 2 bedrooms (1 x king room, 1 x twin rooms) * 1 x shower room * Open plan kitchen/lounge/diner * Ample parking immediately outside the property *Enclosed garden for pets (and children!) Pippin Bungalow is available for 7 night holidays, (Friday - Friday), weekend breaks (Fri - Mon) and mid week stays (Mon - Fri). Check-in days are Fridays and Mondays, you can check-out any day you want to. Pippin Bungalow is also perfect if your looking for a longer term let for in-between house moves, building work or house renovations, just enquire with us. Pitlands Farm, with it’s 8 properties, sleeping 44 in total, is the perfect place for multi-generational family gathering, re-unions, or just large groups of family and friend get-togethers. Guest access Pippin Bungalow is part of a small family run holiday Farm - its been in the family for nearly 100 years now! When you arrive, just follow the farm drive until you see a little sign post saying 'Pippin Bungalow', you can park immediately outside the Lodge. The keys will be in the door ready for your arrival. Other things to note We accept up to 2 dogs in Pippin Bungalow, we charge £20 per pet. Please let us know when you make your reservation that you will be bringing your pet(s) with you, and you can just pay us directly at some point during your stay. Fishing on our lakes is included within the cost of all breaks booked with us. Both lakes are well stocked with Carp, Rudd, Roach & Tench. Our cafe on the farm (The Apple Tree Kitchen) has seasonal opening times: Closed in January - mid February Mid February - Easter: Thursday - Sunday (4 days a week) Easter - October : Wednesday - Sunday (5 days a weeks). October - Christmas Eve: Thursday - Sunday (4 days a week)
