The property is off of a main road, close to food, shopping areas, outdoor activities. ◆ There is a designated parking spot in the drive way ◆ NO RV or TRAILERS allowed. ◆ Guest entrance has lighting that makes night time navigation easier The space ◆ FRONT DECK with two chairs and side table ◆ LIVING SPACE with sectional couch, electric recliner, TV with Comcast, gas log fireplace, ceiling fan, and dedicated workspace with a secretary sectional furniture with chair. ◆ KITCHEN with dinner countertop 2 chair, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, toaster oven and Keurig. We provide some coffee pods (K-cups) and all you need to fully use the kitchen utensil, kitchen towels/paper towels, soap, dishwasher soap pods, cleaning products. ◆ BEDROOM is with a very comfortable King mattress, (Mattress Sleep number 360 pSE with Adjustable comfort and firmness on each side—your Sleep Number responds to your movements and automatically adjusts firmness on each side, Control your comfort with control remote), closet with extra linens, blankets, pillows, and hangers, plenty storage furniture in the room, alarm clock, and ceiling fan with ◆ 1 FULL BATHROOM with walk-in shower, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products. * A second room (in case you decided to add a third person or if you prefer to have separate beds), that is next to the laundry room with a double sofa bed, linens, pillows , blankets, and storage furniture, with separate FULL BATHROOM, and extra payment of $50.00 per night ◆ LAUNDRY ROOM complementary washer and dryer available, you have to ask for access of the Laundry Room to be able to used the machines. * The suite is a step-free with central air and heat.
