This newly renovated loft studio is located in walking distance from downtown shopping, Union Square, the Giants stadium, Moscone Center, the Ferry Building, SF MOMA, Caltrain, BART, and more! This fully furnished studio has with fast WiFi (300Mbps), and is ready to be your home away from home for a one to three month stay. The space This 600 sq ft studio apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in San Francisco. On the first floor is the kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, a small dining area, a light-filled living room, and views of the lush shared garden. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook at home. The entryway closet can store your luggage and coats during your stay. Up the stairs is a loft bedroom with a super comfortable queen-sized bed, a small sitting area, a generous closet, and built in bookshelves and drawers. Guest access The studio's front door opens to the rear yard of the property. From there it has direct access to the street through a corridor with its own private entrance. Other things to note The studio shares a back yard with our house. We enjoy getting to know our guests, so feel free to say hi! We're happy to share about the neighborhood and things to visit in San Francisco. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property, including the back yard and the sidewalk in front of the house. We prefer not to host smokers at all, as we find that the scent of smoke lingers in all of the soft surfaces of the house, which can be very hard to get out and makes the place less attractive to future guests. If you would like to hire our house cleaner to come in and clean every two weeks, let us know. Her rate is $110 per cleaning.
