Get away for a peaceful break by the sea in this bright, modern, airy home from home. Just a few steps from the beach, and with sea views front and rear, this recently refurbished house is ideal for families and couples who want quiet as well as easy access to Llandudno, Snowdonia, and beyond. Off-road parking, family garden, modern kitchen, wifi, big screen smart TVs, dishwasher, washer, dryer mean everything's taken care of. We look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of paradise. The space This traditionally laid out house has a bright and airy entrance hall, with space for coats, shoes, and beach gear. Opening onto the lounge and separate kitchen diner. The lounge has a modern gas fire, smart TV, and comfortable sofas. In the kitchen diner you'll find a modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and all the utensils you're likely to need plus conveniences such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, condiments, and cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets. There's also a large screen TV, sofa, and dining table, plus electric fire and French doors onto the garden. You'll also find an ironing board, iron, and clothes horse in the white cupboard. Off the kitchen is a utility room with modern large capacity washer and separate condenser dryer, with laundry detergent and fabric conditioner provided. Upstairs are three double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with drawers, large wardrobe, bed-side tables, dressing table, and wireless chargers for phones and Apple Watch. Hairdryer and hair straighteners provided. The second bedroom has two single beds, desk, chair, drawers, wardrobe, and wireless phone charger. The third bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe, chair, bedside table, and wireless phone charger. All bedrooms have sea views. The bathroom has a separate shower, bath, sink, and toilet. There is a plenty of storage space, including a light-up mirrored cabinet and separate cupboard. Large fluffy bath and hand towels, plus face cloths, are provided for each guest, along with toilet tissue. A lovely cafe providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well drinks and treats, is just across the road. Penrhyn Bay beach is a two minute walk away, with easy driving and bus access to Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, and beyond. Guest access There is private off-road parking for two cars directly in front of the house. This quiet residential neighbourhood has excellent bus connections to both Llandudno and Colwyn Bay from the seaside road. Taxis are available to prebook by phone. Other things to note We do not allow single sex groups who are staying for hen parties/stag nights or events/parties. Do not book as your booking will be cancelled. We do not host events or parties. We do not accept bookings with no AirBnB reviews. Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed for an additional cost. Please add them onto your booking or the booking may be cancelled. No dogs on the furniture please and no digging in the garden. Any damage will be charged. Please note that if you wish to bring an infant, we do not provide any child safety items such as stair gates and cupboard safety locks.
