When you book the Rey of Sunshine you will have genuine overnight accommodations on small yacht docked or even anchored in the calm waters of the intracoastal. This is an awesome adventure for water lovers! We make it easy by offering UPGRADES like provisioning, captain and crew options, pontoon rental, jet ski rental, and tender rental. The space WHATS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY: Overnight accommodations for up to 3 adults. There is an aft cabin which has a full bed and curtain divider and there is a forward cabin which has a queen bed and curtain divider. BOAT FEATURES: 37’ long vessel has cushioned sun deck on bow, cockpit has new sound system with led changing lights, full canvass/glass enclosure for in-climate weather. Outdoor table area, ice maker, outdoor rinse off and swim platform, small fridge/freezer, 2 burner stove, micro, and sink. Also features a bathroom with separate shower. TV with DVD Dining room table also folds to single bed. Hot water service, water alarms, gps tracking, fire alarms co2 alarms, AIR-CONDITIONING, fishing poles and tackle. SWIM MAT INCLUDED Typically we are docked but for a fee we can anchor in a calm lake adjacent to the intracoastal which puts you a 10-15 minute paddle to excellent restaurants, public docking, Uber, nightlife, and ocean beach access. Most guests arrive in the late afternoon or early evening and we coordinate their pick up and transportation to the Rey of Sunshine where we do a complete check in so you can enjoy everything the boat and area have to offer. We set you up with any of the extra toys that you have added, and then we are off. We will monitor the boat for safety with all the latest and greatest technology so that you can SLOW DOWN AND RELAX. Enjoy a cocktail as you gaze at the impressive boats and magnificent real estate, or wet a line and see if you can catch dinner- if all you catch is a tan, you’ll survive, take a paddle to the nearby restaurants. If paddling isn’t your style, upgrade to include the pontoon and go for a nice sunset cruise........ Evening and nighttime is the perfect time and this boat is the perfect location to really UNPLUG and UNWINE ;) My personal favorite is to lay out on the padded sun deck and enjoy the simplicity and serenity. If at all possible, I suggest being awake before sunrise as it’s beyond beautiful- even if it means going back to bed. Most guests like to relax a bit in the morning, make a simple breakfast, and hit the water on one of our upgrades, spend the day kayaking, or even making their way to land if sand is more your style. Guest access Here’s how it works: You reserve the boat for up to 3 guests which gives you access to all areas of the boat- and the boat remains docked or anchored unless you upgrade and hire a captain. If you opt for anchoring off the dock we will coordinate pick up of your group and luggage so that we may transfer you via smaller boat to the Rey of Sunshine which will already be set up for your stay* Included in your booking is (2) two person kayaks that may be used for recreation or to paddle from the boat to nearby public docks, restaurants, parks, etc. We highly suggest enhancing your LIFE IS GOOD ON THE WATER EXPERIENCE with the following UPGRADES! ADD a 10’ tender boat that may be used recreationally $300/day fuel included*. ADD a 23’ pontoon that may be used recreationally $500/day plus fuel* ADD a SEA DOO with rope tower for $500/day plus fuel* ADD a CAPTAIN to actually take your group out to sea or for a cruise on the intracoastal- price varies Other things to note Additional Services Available at a Cost: Food/Alcohol purchase and stock Massage Catered Meals Good to know: It is a boat, it does rock but generally it’s considerably stable. There is limited capacity of water and waste so we adhere strictly to our guest capacities. If you opt to leave the dock you will be surrounded by water so the boat will be powered by a generator- there will be a small amount of low level hum. Most guests barely notice if at all. The generator can be turned off but you will not have power in the boat. We have a GPS tracker on the boat so if it moves we will know right away. The boat is securely anchored for your stay. We can not control the weather and occasionally we may have to relocate, cancel, or postpone your check in. If this happens we will make all reasonable attempts to safely accommodate your stay including the possibility of relocating the boat to our nearby Marina if you’ve opted for the anchored package. If we relocate to the Marina there will be no refunds (complete or partial) but there will be a 30% discount on UPGRADES.
