The tax is 5% of the total price. Hello dear prospective guest, I rent a room in a newly built terraced house in the middle of a small new housing estate in Essen-Frohnhausen. You can reach the S-Bahn station in just 2 minutes on foot with connections to the S1 and S3. I look forward to your visit. The space The private room on the 2nd floor is equipped with a box spring bed, a desk with chair, as well as a cupboard and a dresser with TV (satellite TV reception and smart TV with Internet connection), as well as a refrigerator and kettle. The bathroom has a tub and a shower. The washing machine available here can be used once a month. For more frequent laundry, the laundromat in the immediate vicinity can be used. The bathroom on the 2nd floor serves as a common room. Guest access Parking is available off the street nearby. Within walking distance is the Ruhr Cycle Path, the Gerveniuspark, as well as the center of Frohnhausen with various shops for everyday needs, bars and restaurants. During your stay I will share my availability upon request. Other things to note Each guest receives a brief explanation of the facility at check-in.
