140SM, 2 floor, independent house, with 1,200 SM garden and private parking, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. Ideal for every season for enjoying the amazing nature, for visiting 5 Terre, for working using desk, ergonomic chair and a fast connection. TV (Netflix) and bbq will make your staying more pleasant. The space The house is in a private street, the path is quite steep but it’s only 150 meters, you can park in the property opening the electric gate or just outside it. I live on the top floor with independent entrance. I will not be invasive but available anytime to help, assist, recommend, and maybe have a cup of tea or wine or sharing dishes. The garden is all around the property, you can enjoy gardening or reading on the hammock, sunbating, bbq or sitting in front of the fireplace. If you look for sport, cycling, swimming and walking are amazing around. Other things to note July is the only very hot period and the house is not equipped with air conditioning.
