Shared bedroom and bathroom, exterior access

I rent my daughter's room while she's away. It is located in an old house with access to the garden. We have 3 cats who live with us. Guest access The room comes with a microwave and kettle. The kitchen is not shared. (in case of long rental period, this can be discussed). During your stay I'll make myself available as soon as possible, however I work, hence the late arrival time. However, please let me know and I'll try to be there sooner! Other things to note Our electric bike friends are welcome with a surcharge (€5 per battery)! The room can accommodate 2 people, a supplement of €3 will be requested for a second person. Important info: To avoid futile discussions, I will refuse any guest who has booked with a third party profile without informing me in advance (before accepting the request).
