Let our house serve as your home away from home while in Chattanooga. Whether you are here for an extended work stay or you are in between homes, you will find our fully-furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, one level space is everything you need to feel settled. This is a prime location - Erlanger Hospital is one block away and the UT Chattanooga is less than one mile away. Includes: Furniture, bedding, appliances, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, washer/dryer, private parking, and a relaxing patio. The space Bedroom 1: King bed with private bathroom, designated workspace, large walk in closet, no TV is available in the bedroom. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, walk in closet, no TV is available in the bedroom Bedroom 3: Queen bed, large closet, no TV is available in the bedroom. NOTE: Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. Living room: comfortably seats 6, 45” smart TV ready to login using your own passwords, gas operated fireplace Dining room: seats 6 Kitchen: Stainless steel oven, stovetop, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, spices provided. Small appliances include toaster, blender, and full size drip coffee maker. A starter supply of dishwasher tabs, paper towels, coffee, tea, cream and sugar is also provided. Laundry room: includes free washer and dryer use, iron and ironing board, and a starter supply of Tide Pods. Bathrooms include: linens, makeup remover wipes, toilet paper, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap. Kid-Friendly Amenities: included in the house is a Pack’n Play with spare sheets, a folding high chair, wooden playing blocks, and plastic dinnerware (plates, bowls, and cups) Guest access Guests (6 maximum) will have the entire home during their stay. A washer and dryer are on the premises. 3 private off-street parking spaces are available. You will enjoy a private patio area and small lawn. Other things to note Property is a convenient block away from Erlanger Hospital. You may hear medical transport helicopters. Although with 60+ stays this hasn’t been an issue, sleep sound machines and disposable ear plugs are provided in each bedroom for lighter sleepers. For stays longer than 30 days, a required cleaning will be conducted every month.
