Entry into the house is by a temporary passcode with August app. LGBTQ+ friendly The space Very clean and cute one bedroom with a bathroom on the second floor that may be shared by another guest (but usually isn't). The room comes with high speed internet (500 Mps), coffee machine, desk, wifi, and apple tv, which allows guests to use their streaming services on the go with an iPhone or iPad. Spaces have been cleaned and steamed for maximum cleanliness. Shared spaces also include the downstairs living room, kitchen, and porch. The other bedrooms and basement garage aren't available. Guests can use the refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle, and clothes washer. If you'd like to use the oven/stove, let us show you how first. Rooms are stocked with complimentary water, coffee, and other essentials. Check in is at 4 pm during the work week & 3 PM on weekends. Guests will receive instructions for using the August app (smart phone required) to enter the property. Perfect for those in town for work. Come and relax! Guest access Access is through the front door with a temporary pass code sent upon reservation. Guests will download the app, giving them access to enter the property during their stay. Guests should park in the guest parking lot in front of the residence and not on the side of the road or behind the garage. Other things to note Our condo is in an active HOA with friendly and knowledgeable neighbors volunteering to maintain a great space for all. Please follow some simple rules and common sense so we can continue to provide you a great space to stay during your Athens visit. Speed limit is 15 mph, not 20 mph! (a lot slower than you think). Park only in the visitor lot next to the house, not along side the road or behind our garage. No loud noises or parties. If you walk your dog, pick up after it. And just enjoy yourself while you are out and about.
