PRIVATE BATHROOM only during Summer UK School Holiday (same dates above) PETS STAYING: Contact us before booking The space Katia and I, Irene, have been living in London for 21 years, and we've been housemates and friends since the first day. We are sisters, and we consider ourselves a small family. We have been Airbnb Host for more than 9 years. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable. We've been working in the hospitality industry since we were only teenagers. I'm a Graduate Italian Chef and Katia is a HR director. We know how to take care of our guests and we love to do it! We love London and airbnb is allowing us to meet a lot of new and lovely friends. We have a new gorgeous house with a beautiful garden, a nice patio, and free private car parking available to our guests! The house is spacious, clean, bright, and maintained clean daily to a very high standard. Our room includes a self-service breakfast. Every day, you can enjoy our "Sweet Breakfast Corner" that includes a selection of: Coffee / The (Twinining Choices) / Hot Chocolate / Milk / Juices Bread / Biscuits / Jams / Honey The room is spacious and can accommodate up to 2 people. Guests also have tea/coffee facilities in the room if they want privacy and relax as much as possible. You will share the bathroom only with me. The room is perfect for tourists as we are very well connected (Piccadilly line); for business trips or students as you will have a desk and and a very quiet house to relax after a day working; for families, we love children and happy to host them. Guest access Guests will have full use: Breakfast, Kitchen, Unlimited broadband Wi-Fi, microwave and any appliance in the kitchen, free private car parking in front of the door house (please check with us if the space is available) Breakfast: Everyday you can enjoy our "Sweet Breakfast Corner" that includes a selection of: Coffee The Hot Chocolate Milk Bread Biscuits Jams Honey Fresh Fruit Guest also have tea/coffee facilities in their own room if they want privacy and relax as much as possible. Guests will have their own set of keys. Ironing Facilities Hairdryer We will donate to all our guests a nice basket full of useful items for your staying ( shampoo, bath gel and much more...) Bath Towels are included. During your stay We will be available for any tips regarding London and your visit and we will be happy to chat with you. If you prefer quite and silence we will respect that. In your room we will leave for you useful tips regarding London, how to get around and if you are visiting only for a few days you will find our "Smart itinerary" very useful. If there is something in particular you want to visit but you find it quite expensive don't give up! let us known in advance and we will try our best to get you a good deal (after all we've been in London for 21 years, we know where to look ;-) We want our guest to really enjoy their staying with us and their London Holiday so don't be shy to ask for anything that can help that happen!! We love to chat with our guest but don't worry we are very respectful people and if you are looking for quite and peace you'll definitively found it in our house. Other things to note There are several local take away (or delivered to our door) if you fancy a night in or if you prefer to go out there are several nice and very good pubs around our house. We are also very well connected to the lovely area of Chiswick, Richmond, Twickenham and of course central London. We have many groceries stores around us: Sainsbury's (3 minutes walk) open 'till 11pm every day Tesco (7 minutes walk) open 'till 11pm every day Asda (10 minutes walk) open Monday to saturday 24h / Sunday closed 6pm Treaty Center, Poundoland, Iceland, H&M, Primark, Argos and many other stores in Hounslow High Street (5 minutes walk)
