One-bedroom apartment located on one of the most popular pedestrian streets in downtown Porto, Rua de Cedofeita, a 2-minute walk from Torre dos Clérigos and a short distance from the other main iconic places in the city. It is worth noting the easy access, on foot, to the Church of Carmo and the Carmelites, the Rectory of the University, Lello Bookstore, Aliados, S. Bento, Hospital of Sto. António, Maternal and Child Center, Crystal Palace, as well as close to the essential shopping and entertainment areas. The space Room With two single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed, whenever requested. Bath House Complete with bathtub and shower. Living/Dining Room It features a flat-screen TV, a dining table, a sofa with chaise longue, pleasant place to relax, and which can be converted into a double bed. Kitchen/Kitchenette Equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, juice machine and Nespresso coffee machine (offer of 2 daily capsules). Other things to note - Self-Catered Apartment. All the basic items for your stay are provided, including toiletries (soap, shower gel and shampoo), toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a welcome courtesy. No replacements or substitutions are provided. All other items must be purchased by the guest. - Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests defined in the reservation. For stays longer than a week, additional sets will be provided. - Travel cot and high chair are available upon request (additional cost of € 25). - The apartment features central heating. - To organize the reception, we appreciate the information, as soon as possible, of the estimated time of arrival. - On the day of arrival, I or a team member will be at the apartment where a set of keys will be provided, which must be returned upon check-out. Loss or damage to the set of keys implies additional costs. - Check-in 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (there is an extra charge of 25 euros after 9:00 p.m.) and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. - If you arrive by plane or train, the option to get around the city can be the subway, taxi or Uber, bus, tuk tuk, etc. For those traveling by car, there are paid private garages and paid public parks near the apartment (within a 200-meter radius). Street parking, near the building, is paid on weekdays (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and Saturdays (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.), and limited to 2 hours. In the remaining periods, it is free.
