The entire home is equipped like a hotel with fresh linens, towels, shampoos, conditioners, etc. When traveling it can be extremely stressful, with our home you will be able to let loose at the pool on the property, enjoy custom putting green, full game area (ping pong table, air hockey table, arcade games ), and conveniently located in the center of Scottsdale. Other things to note Access Code will be granted Prior to Check-in. NO SMOKING inside the house. Any smell or trace of any kind of smoke subject for $750 smell cleaning fee. (smoke allowed in the backyard) OPTIONAL EXTRA FEES: Cleaning Service during stay - we offer essential cleaning when available (floors, dust, bathrooms, fix beds, clean patio and outdoor furniture, change towels). $250 per day up to two hours. Pet fee $200 per pet after approval (we reserve the right to refuse pet based on breed and size) heated Pool or Spa Service available for an additional fee: $150 per day Early Check-in/ Late Check-Out Fee-$150 per request/per hour (when available). Due to same day Check-out/Check-in. Pool could be heated to 90 degrees. Heated service should be paid at initial reservation. Spa could be heated up to 100 degrees when heated by itself (no pool) Spa is heated up to 90 degrees when heated with the pool. We DO NOT offer the option to heat for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat for the property owner. This fee is non- refundable, so please only pay for it if you are sure you need the heating service.
