Surrounded by birdsong and natural woodland, it offers a gentle, restful escape where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and feel the stillness of nature from the moment you arrive. The space Sky Cabin is completely self-contained, with its own private garden and direct access into the forest. Inside, you’ll find a cosy wood burner and a cast-iron roll-top bath with tranquil views of the surrounding trees. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The hand-crafted, fully equipped kitchen makes family meals a joy to prepare and share, while the clever fold-away bed hides neatly in the wall to reveal benches and a dining table for relaxed dining together. Step outside into your own secluded garden, complete with a wood-fired hot tub beneath starry skies and a gate that opens directly into the stunning Wareham Forest. Dog-Friendly Sky Cabin welcomes well-behaved dogs, so your four-legged friends can enjoy the escape with you. Digital Detox with Balance The Cabin is a Wi-Fi-free zone, allowing you to truly switch off and escape the constant buzz of screens. For those moments when you need to connect, Wi-Fi is available from 10am–10pm in the Barn, just a short walk away. This way, you get the best of both worlds — calm and immersion in nature, with the option to plug in when needed. Other things to note With just one other cabin, our family home, and a small boutique health and well-being hub on site (which often hosts lovely small events), you’ll feel miles from anywhere while still being a short hop from some of the most beautiful spots in the Isle of Purbeck and along the famous Jurassic Coast. For amenities, the picturesque riverside market town of Wareham is just 1.5 miles away. The lodge is also conveniently located 1.2 miles from Wareham train station, making it an easy cab ride if needed.
